Dubai Airports wins Oracle Excellence Award for Cloud Innovation

Caption: Dubai Airports has been awarded the Oracle Excellence Award for Cloud Innovation at Oracle’s OpenWorld 2016 event in San Francisco, USA recently. Dubai Airports was recognised for the complex integration between standard cloud based Human Resources Development modules and custom extensions developed using Oracle platform as a service cloud technology that was rolled out across the entire company in less than six months. Dubai Airports HRD solution for performance management, talent management, recruitment, on-boarding and core HR self-service functions has enabled the department to replace emails with a flexible user friendly solution for employees, improving their end-to-end HRD process experience. Mohammad Alhamli, Vice President of HR Organisational Design and Governance was at the event to accept the award on behalf of Dubai Airports.
