DXB celebrates UAE National Day

Caption: The entire airport community came together at Dubai International (DXB) on Wednesday to celebrate UAE National Day. Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports, along with Mohammed Ahli, Director General of Dubai Civil Aviation Authroity, and Brigadier Mohammed Ahmed Bin Dylan Al Mazrouei, Assistant Director General for Administration at the General Department of Airports Security, and representatives of other airport stakeholders led the celebrations at DXB Terminal 3. Dubai Airports, in collaboration with Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Centre, also unveiled a gallery dedicated to the National Day on the occasion. Shaped in the outline of the UAE, the photo exhibition showcases the country’s rich history, heritage and culture, and will remain open until December 2. The event also featured yola and ayyala dances and other cultural activities including henna, traditional crafts, and falconry.
