Richard Talian, EVP - Strategy & Development

Richard Talian, Executive Vice President of Strategy & Development, has a wealth of experience in strategy and planning having held numerous senior management roles with major international aviation companies, including Virgin Atlantic, BAA and Menzies. He first  joined Dubai Airports in 2008 as VP Strategy with responsibility to develop the airport master plan and business plan. 

His Strategy & Development team ensure that Dubai Airports is well positioned to accommodate the growth in both passenger and cargo volumes in the decades ahead, turning strategic thinking into concrete plans and infrastructure both on the ground and in the air.
