Media Advisory - Guidance for customers departing DXB

Dubai Airports today (June 18) published guidelines for departing, arriving and connecting customers through Dubai International (DXB) as operations continue to ramp up.

The information, which is available to view on the Dubai Airports and DXB social media channels as well as DubaiAirports.ae, includes specific details for departing customers, stating that only valid ticket holders wearing appropriate PPE will be allowed in to the airport’s terminal buildings no more than four (4) hours before their scheduled flight time.

For those arriving into DXB, there is mandatory PCR (COVID-19) testing, quarantine declarations and the essential download of the DHA’s COVID-19 – DXB Smart App.
