Meshari Al Bannai, EVP - Human Resources & Development

Executive Vice President, Human Resources & Development

As the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Development at Dubai Airports Meshari Al Bannai is responsible for shaping the evolution of Dubai Airports’ culture and evolving the systems, processes and development programmes designed to support Dubai Airports’ vision to be the world’s leading airport company.

Meshari first joined Dubai Airports in 2009 when he was appointed Head of HR Organisational Design to set up the Manpower Planning, Compensations and Benefits and Organisational Structure. His responsibilities continued to grow when he was appointed as Vice President HR in 2011, and then to Senior Vice President HR in 2015. 

Meshari started his career at Emirates Group / Airlines as Senior Industrial at HR Performance Development and ended as Performance Development Manager, before moving on to Du telecom, where he was appointed as Director Manpower Planning and Organisational Development.

Meshari holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with concentration on Statistics and Human Resources. He is also a Black Belt Six Sigma certified, which aims towards building efficiencies into the organisation through setting clear targets and strategy.
